We are located in the beautiful suburb of Ingleside, Sydney.

Our address is 16A Chiltern Road, Ingleside NSW 2101.

Street parking is available on Chiltern Road. Alternatively, we have a small parking area on the acreage for clients.

All mats and equipment are provided at Pause Pilates.

As our studio is outdoors, we recommend bringing a water bottle and towel, along with grip socks if preferred.

Please dress comfortably and consider weather conditions on the day.

As our studio is under cover, classes will continue as scheduled in wet weather. In cases of significant or extreme weather conditions, a session may be cancelled for safety reasons. If this occurs, clients will be notified and issued a full refund.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

If cancelled outside of this window, your class credit will be returned to your account and can be used to reschedule another session.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class, or failure to attend, will result in the class being forfeited. Refunds are not provided.

Absolutely. Pause Pilates offers bespoke private sessions for corporate events, parties and special occasions.

Classes can be hosted at our boutique outdoor studio or delivered at your preferred location across Sydney. Travel fees may apply depending on distance.

All sessions are thoughtfully tailored to your group’s experience level and desired vibe, from dynamic strength and HIIT-style sessions to more relaxed, grounding classes.

For safety reasons, we’re unable to allow external puppies to attend Puppy Pilates sessions. All puppies are carefully selected and managed in partnership with Goanna Hill Labradoodles to ensure a safe and controlled environment for both clients and animals.
