Open Mat

Open Mat is a contemporary, mat-based Pilates class blending traditional Pilates principles with dynamic interval and strength-focused training.

Each session is thoughtfully programmed to build functional strength, stability and endurance while maintaining a strong focus on technique and control. Expect a balanced mix of slower, precision-based work alongside more challenging, elevated heart-rate sequences.

This class is suitable for a range of ages and fitness levels. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout, allowing clients to move at a pace that feels both supportive and challenging.

All equipment is provided. Grip socks are optional.

Mums & Bubs

Mums & Bubs is a postnatal-focused Pilates class designed to support recovery, rebuild strength and reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth.

Sessions prioritise core restoration, pelvic floor awareness, stability and gradual strength progression in a safe and supportive environment. The class also creates space for connection, confidence and community among new mothers.

Mothers are encouraged to bring their babies (under 12 months), however each parent remains responsible for the care and supervision of their own child throughout the session.

Medical clearance is required prior to returning to exercise postpartum.

Puppy Pilates

Puppy Pilates is a unique 60-minute experience combining movement and connection.

The first 30 minutes consist of guided mat Pilates. The remaining 30 minutes are dedicated to relaxed puppy play, cuddles and interaction.

Pause Pilates partners with Goanna Hill Labradoodles to share their beautiful pure-bred Labradoodle puppies in a structured and safe environment.

All puppies are provided through this partnership. For safety reasons, personal dogs are not permitted to attend.
